If my regularly scheduled work day falls on a holiday, and I am not working, can I use that time for other activities?

No. Work schedules can only be used for work. If you are not working on a holiday, you must remain at your residence. If you are working, you must notify your assigned Location Monitoring officer 72 hours in advance.
